Core Terms and Conditions
- The Research Analyst (RA) provides research services only and cannot execute trades on behalf of clients. Clients must not authorize the RA to carry out any trade.
- The RA shall comply with all applicable SEBI and RAASB regulations, including disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest.
- The RA will inform clients of any actual or potential conflict of interest that may affect services.
- Any assured, guaranteed, or fixed return schemes are prohibited by law and will not be offered.
- The RA does not guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments. All outputs are based on analysis and assumptions.
- Investments based on research recommendations are subject to market risks, and losses cannot be claimed from the RA.
- SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, and NISM certification do not guarantee performance or returns.
- Clients must keep their contact details updated with the RA at all times.
- The RA will never ask for login credentials, OTPs, or access to trading, demat, or bank accounts.
Fees and Payment Terms
- Fees charged shall not exceed limits prescribed by SEBI/RAASB (applicable to Individual and HUF clients).
- Current fee limit: ₹1,51,000 per annum per client family (excluding statutory charges).
- Fee limits are not applicable to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
- Fees may be charged in advance, limited to one quarter as per current SEBI guidelines.
- In case of premature termination, clients are entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period.
- Payments must be made via approved modes such as cheque, bank transfer, or UPI. Cash payments are not allowed.
- Clients may optionally use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM).
Risk and Limitation of Liability
- Research reports are based on available data and assumptions at the time of publication.
- Recommendations do not assure returns and are subject to market risks.
- Clients act on recommendations based on their own judgment and risk assessment.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Contact the Research Analyst through official website or email.
- If unresolved, file complaint via SEBI SCORES grievance platform .
- Escalate through SEBI SMART ODR platform for dispute resolution.
Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM)
CeFCoM is a SEBI initiative to ensure that investor payments are securely routed to registered intermediaries.
- Enables tracking of payments made to SEBI-registered Research Analysts
- Supports multiple payment methods
- Can be accessed via payment links provided by registered RAs
